Deposit / Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can offer available time slots to other patients in need of dental care, we kindly ask that you provide suitable notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.

We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, unfortunately, your deposit will be forfeited.

Deposit Amounts:

  • £50 for appointments lasting up to 30 minutes
  • £100 for appointments lasting up to 60 minutes
  • Higher deposits may be required for longer appointments (e.g., £100 for 1 hour, £400 for 4 hours)

If you book an appointment online without paying a deposit, our reception team will contact you in the weeks leading up to your appointment to arrange payment.

Treatment Charges: For treatments based on time, you will be charged according to the scheduled duration. For example:

  • 1 hour treatment: £100
  • 1.5 hour treatment: £150

Please ensure that you are fully informed about your treatment or have been referred by a doctor before booking. If your doctor is unable to perform the treatment, you will still be charged for the appointment. This also applies if you are late or change your mind about the treatment.

Due to high demand and limited availability, we are unable to reserve specific treatments without a confirmed booking. If you are unsure, we recommend scheduling a consultation first.

Rescheduling or Cancelling: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment by calling our practice reception, as long as you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Your deposit will be refunded within 2-4 business days.

Please Note: Traffic or TFL disruptions are not accepted as valid reasons for missing an appointment. We advise planning your travel accordingly to ensure timely arrival.

Thank you for your understanding.
