Deposit / Cancellation Policy

We have a deposit and cancellation policy in place to encourage patients to give us suitable notice so that we are able to offer the time to another patient who is in need of dental care.

We operate 48 hours cancellation notice period.

If you fail to attend your appointment or give less than 48 hours notice when cancelling or rearranging it, unfortunately we will have to charge you your deposit.

We ask for deposit amounts of:

£30 per 30 minutes of surgery time booked and £50 per 60 minutes of surgery time booked. Higher deposit amount can be asked for longer appointments, e.g 1 hour appointment will be £50 and a 3 hours appointment will be £150.

If you have booked an appointment without a deposit on our website, please expect to be contacted by the reception team in the weeks leading up to the appointment for this to be collected.

Please note that we have a policy to charge patient for a treatment depending on time range.

For example, if you book 1 hour treatment you will be charged of £100, or for 1.5h – £150.

Please make sure, before booking a specific treatment you are sure, informed or referred by doctor.

As in case doctor not able to do treatment you are booked in you will be charged anyways.

This includes as well if patient is late or change a mind about treatment.

Due to big capacity of patients and not soon availability we cannot reserve a specific treatment for everyone if you have doubts please book consultation first.

Please note that you can reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours notice by calling our practice reception.

Your deposit will be refunded in 2-4 business days.
